When former NRL player Matt Adamson spent 10 years eating pre- game meals at “Stars at Gigis” he never imagined in his wildest dreams he would one day take on the challenge of running his much loved restaurant.

Having travelled the world during his professional Rugby League career, Matt and his wife Rebecca both tasted and enjoyed the full rich flavours of foods from all parts of the world.

“I have a passion for food, food that is presented well and tastes even better.”

Our principal rule at the restaurant is to do everything at 100% or don’t do it at all, this includes presentation of the restaurant, presentation of food and of course our friendly service, (especially with kids).

We visit our local food suppliers every day so that we can bring you the freshest meats, seafood, bread and vegetables, this is guaranteed.

Matt and Bec’s love and respect for not only the restaurant but for Joe, Connie and their family and the many, many years of hard work they have all contributed to their much loved restaurant will be continued and that the “GIGIS EXPERIENCE” will live long and our loyal customers will continue to enjoy dining at “STARS AT GIGIS”.
